General Notes

1. This is an Unofficial Ubuntu Add-On CD. It is not associated with Ubuntu and Canonical Ltd.
2. This Add-On CD comes in very handy for users who are offline/slow Internet
3. It includes all the Applications which was mentioned in UbuntuGuide
4. UbuntuGuide has also been modified to install from local hard disk rather than online
5. May the "humanity to others" spirit be with you always...

Installation

Q: How to install Unofficial Ubuntu Add-On CD?

1. e.g. Assumed that /media/cdrom0/ is the location of CD/DVD-ROM

2. Insert Unofficial Ubuntu Add-On CD into CD/DVD-ROM
3. Applications -> System Tools -> Terminal
4. Terminal

   sudo sh /media/cdrom0/install.sh
   Password: <specify user password>
   Unofficial Ubuntu Add-On CD

   General Notes:
   -Script is tested on a fresh installation of the Ubuntu x86 Install CD
   -Script will only copy all applications into local hard disk
   -To install, Read Unofficial Ubuntu Add-On CD Guide located on Desktop
   Warnings:
   -Do not 'sudo apt-get update'
   -Doing this might disable offline installation
   -Only do this if you want to install online/updated applications
   Install Unofficial Ubuntu Add-On CD? [Y/n] y

Q: How to custom install all applications in Add-On Applications section?

1. Read How to install Unofficial Ubuntu Add-On CD?
2. Applications -> System Tools -> Terminal
3. Terminal

   sudo sh $HOME/Downloads/ug-install.sh
   Password: <specify user password>
   Unofficial Ubuntu Add-On CD - Custom Install
